Artisanal Work for Reasonable Prices
Piano Tuning: $210 + tax
2-2.5 hours for tuning the piano by ear. Includes any pitch adjustments and minor mechanical adjustments, up to 30 mins beyond the 2 hr tuning fee.
Evaluation for possible purchase: $125 +tax
1 hour of inspecting the piano for structural issues, action issues, and anything that may be of concern to the potential buyer. Includes in-depth conversation and recommendations afterward via phone or in-person.
Cleaning: varies. For new clients, when combined with a tuning visit, it can be up to $50-75 more depending on how much needs cleaned. Return clients often get light dustings complimentary.

Regulation/Voicing and other extended maintenance: $75/hr + tax depending on how much needs done and the time it takes. Half day, full day, or anything in between, this can easily be customized to what the piano needs.
Piano Restoration: when it comes to replacing parts like hammers, strings, or anything else, we do offer the parts at wholesale prices so that the clients only pays for the cost and the labor/time to install them. This more in-depth work is quoted customized to the piano based on what it needs.
